RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Wild Wild West, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns for store credit or exchange only.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Items must be requested within 14 days of delivery  
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition  
• Items must be returned with all original packaging  

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

STORE CREDIT

Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability.

Please contact us prior to returning your item so we can confirm stock.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Final sale items  
• Worn, used, or damaged items  
• Items returned without original packaging  
• Items returned outside of the 14-day window

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

SHIPPING COSTS

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs  
• If an order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the issued store credit  

PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Due to the nature of our materials and design process, each hat is unique. Slight variations in color, texture, and hatband design may occur and are not considered defects.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
